About the role:
6+ years of experience in public sector partnerships, account management, and/or business development in a government-related environment
Demonstrated track record of successfully building and growing strategic partnerships with government and wider public sector entities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of the public sector’s decision-making structures and policy frameworks
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
What you’ll be doing:
Manage, build, and retain public sector partnerships with some of our biggest partners
Line manage and support public sector partnerships
Nurture public sector partnerships, ensuring their success using data to drive growth
Retain valued partners and ensure successful contract renewals
Serve as the primary point of contact for key public sector partners, addressing their needs and resolving issues
Manage contract renewals and be responsible for the retention and growth of key existing partners
Oversee preparation and submission of business cases internally to promote growth within accounts
Be a public-facing ambassador of InPost, presenting our successes at conferences and events
Co-ordinate cross-functional team activities to support public sector account needs
Collaborate with our wider Operations teams to ensure smooth installation of new lockers
Collaborate with our wider Comms teams to ensure effective communication of partnerships
Provide regular reports and updates on partnership performance and growth to partners and senior leadership
