About the role:

  • 6+ years of experience in public sector partnerships, account management, and/or business development in a government-related environment

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully building and growing strategic partnerships with government and wider public sector entities

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong understanding of the public sector’s decision-making structures and policy frameworks

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented

  • Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage, build, and retain public sector partnerships with some of our biggest partners

  • Line manage and support public sector partnerships

  • Nurture public sector partnerships, ensuring their success using data to drive growth

  • Retain valued partners and ensure successful contract renewals

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key public sector partners, addressing their needs and resolving issues

  • Manage contract renewals and be responsible for the retention and growth of key existing partners

  • Oversee preparation and submission of business cases internally to promote growth within accounts

  • Be a public-facing ambassador of InPost, presenting our successes at conferences and events

  • Co-ordinate cross-functional team activities to support public sector account needs

  • Collaborate with our wider Operations teams to ensure smooth installation of new lockers

  • Collaborate with our wider Comms teams to ensure effective communication of partnerships

  • Provide regular reports and updates on partnership performance and growth to partners and senior leadership
