  • Being the friendly first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Solving problems efficiently while making every customer interaction a positive experience.
  • Keeping records up to date and escalating concerns when needed.
  • Collaborating with an amazing team to continually raise the bar for customer service.
