Interim Payroll Specialist (FTC contract until Jan/Mar 2026)

Hybrid | 2 days/week in London (Liverpool Street)

Financial Services | Global Payroll | ADP & Workday

£45,000 or equivalent day rate

Middlemore is working with a leading financial services client to appoint an Interim Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations across multiple international locations (UK, Ireland, France, Australia) while the core team focuses on a systems upgrade.

You'll be responsible for executing monthly payroll cycles for ~430 employees, managing inputs and validations via ADP Streamline, and supporting year-end processing and finance queries.

What we're looking for:

Payroll experience (2+ years), ideally across international geographies

Familiarity with ADP and Workday a strong advantage

Available to start by mid-May for a smooth handover

Comfortable working in a fully outsourced payroll model

Open to flexible work options, including 4-day weeks
