A fabulous role for an experienced B2B Marketeer with a strong focus on digital, lead generation, content, and the customer journey.

The role will lead and develop the digital marketing strategy across all channels, playing a pivotal role in driving growth, increasing brand awareness, and ensuring exceptional online engagement.

Responsible for the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns, overseeing a high-performing team and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals across performance marketing, SEO, content, CRM, social media, and analytics.
  • Management of the annual marketing budget, tracking spend and the ROI.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Agency to stay abreast of marketing trends, new technologies and changes in best practice.
  • Lead website optimisation initiatives including UX improvements, SEO enhancements, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Enhance the approach to gathering customer insight, ensuring informed decisions on future product and marketing.
  • Driving continued customer group tour Product development aligned to the target audience.

The role needs a strong focus on building B2B communication strategies, great digital knowledge and commercial mindset, able to lead a team, innovate on the customer product and bring to life a specialist travel product to drive engagement and conversion. Experience in working in a specialist business, with a B2B focus and digitally led thinking is required.
