Managing Consultant (Finance, Business Development & Marketing) at Larbey Evans
An award winning international trademark & patent attorneys have an exciting new opportunity for a Head of Business Development & Marketing, the first of its kind for the firm!
They are seeking a strategic and results-driven individual to lead their growth initiatives across the firm.
Head of Business Development & Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive revenue growth both organically and inorganically.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
- Work with individuals to develop personal business development and marketing plans and strategies and ensure delivery.
- Oversee the development and preparation for pitches, client responses, and directories.
- Support strategic and logistical aspects of lateral integration processes for fee earners.
- Support the management and client transition programmes for exiting fee earners.
- Provide one to one business development coaching and conduct relevant business development training.
- Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business development and marketing.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of business development and marketing efforts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Head of Business Development & Marketing Requirements:
- Legal industry specialist Senior Business Development Management experience, preferable with international focus.
- Strong commercial mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of delivering business growth.
- Possess stellar academics, MBA and/or marketing qualifications preferred.
- Experience in digital marketing, branding, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and data analytics tools.
