Our client, a leading recruitment agency in the medical device industry, is expanding its team and seeking motivated, results-driven Recruitment Consultants. This is a hybrid role based in London, offering you the flexibility of working both remotely and in the office.

About the Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent in the medical device sector. You will be responsible for full 360-degree recruitment, managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Our client is looking to add multiple heads to their teams across both permanent and contract placements. You’ll build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience while contributing to the growth of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to offer management.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates within the medical device industry.
  • Developing a deep understanding of client requirements and the ability to offer tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates using various channels including job boards, networking, referrals, and social media.
  • Conducting interviews, reference checks, and managing the offer process.
  • Working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
  • Providing market insights and advice to clients and candidates alike.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant, ideally with a focus on the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience recruiting for both contract and permanent roles is highly desirable.
  • A passion for recruitment, with a desire to grow your career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
