IP Litigation Paralegal – Elite US law firm – London
Taylor Root have partnered with a leading US law firm in their search for an experienced IP Litigation Paralegal to join their London office. This is being offered on a permanent basis.
The Firm
Our client is a large US law firm with offices globally. They are known for their working across multiple corporate specialisms and have built a strong name for themselves in Funds, Corporate M&A and Debt Finance transactions.
The Team
The firms IP team supports clients across multiple areas. These include life sciences, patent and product lifecycle, patent litigation and IP enforcement. The IP litigation team routinely handle high stakes disputes, representing large multinational clients in blockbuster cases. They have a wealth of experience and are considered to be one of the cutting edge litigation teams in London.
The Role
The successful Paralegal will be working directly with the Partners and Associates on all client matters from pre-litigation through to trial, appeal and conclusion of proceedings. You will be responsible for day-to-day management of cases including hearing preparation, document management, managing the flow of information and establishing best practice policies and procedures.
The Ideal Candidate
The firm are looking for experienced IP litigation Paralegals who have been working in a leading UK/US law firm in London. The firm are also open to considered strong Litigation Paralegals who have an interest in IP.
