Job Description:

Lettings Manager (Residential Lettings) – Kinross A well-established property firm in Kinross is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager, responsible for handling landlord and tenant matters, client communication, property management, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct rental valuations, negotiate new tenancies, and complete all legal requirements
  • Manage the rental process from initial setup to key handover
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and lettings documentation
  • Handle tenant enquiries and select suitable candidates
  • Ensure properties meet all legal compliance requirements
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors and tenants
  • Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports for landlords
  • Oversee the tenant selection and vetting process
  • Generate and manage lease agreements
  • Carry out pre-tenancy preparations
  • Work closely with other departments within the business
  • Perform tenant check-out inspections and manage deposit returns

Experience & Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in Residential Lettings & Property Management (required)
  • ARLA Level 6 (or equivalent) Scottish Residential Letting & Property Management qualification
