Staff Valuer / Client Side Valuation Surveyor East London / closely surrounding up to £90k basic + car, bonus, enhanced pension & extensive benefits

Our client is a leading lender best known for its BTL, investment and development finance products in addition to competitive residential and second-charge mortgages offered both direct and through intermediaries.

With considerable market share, an extensive range of services, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dedicated Staff Valuer to join our team.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct property valuations for a variety of clients.
2. Provide expert advice on property market trends.
3. Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. Degree in Real Estate or related field.
2. Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., MRICS).
3. Proven experience in property valuation.
4. Strong analytical and communication skills.
