What does the role involve?
As a Regional Business Developer, you are responsible for building and developing strategic Façade/BE partnerships with main contractors and building owners. Foster collaboration and streamline and coordinate our Spec2Sales activities through the application value chain with Specification Engineers, National Key Accounts SBDs and LP CPMs, identify key opportunities at early stage and maximize our win for Facade/BE application opportunities in Tier1 and Tier2 projects.
What you need is:
- Experience and proven record of working in the Façade Industry
- Experience in managing large and complex accounts/customers
- 3+ years experience in a relevant role or industry (Façade)
- High level of executive communication and influencing skills required
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Self-starter, who can work autonomously or within a team
- Mature, assertive attitude and committed to your career development with good communication skills
- Resilience and goal orientated, with the ability to overcome barriers
- A full, clean, manual driving license
- Fluent in English
