We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Litigation Solicitor to join our dynamic legal team in Farnborough. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote work with office-based duties.

Day-to-day of the role:

1. Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including but not limited to contract disputes, property disputes, and personal injury claims.
2. Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring the highest standards of service.
3. Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed case documentation.
4. Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve favourable outcomes for clients.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Qualified Solicitor with post-qualification experience in civil litigation.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
4. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
