Land Manager

Location: Midlands

Travel: Willingness to travel around the country to visit sites and engage with landowners is essential.

I am representing a client in the renewable energy sector, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and sustainable projects. They are currently seeking a skilled Land Manager to join their dynamic team.

Experience Required: 1-3 years

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record of guiding projects through to the development stage from original acquisition.
• Proficient in GIS operations.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing relationships with landowners.
• Ability to instruct solicitors on Option and Lease agreements.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

• Assist with Greenfield projects and negotiate with landowners.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.
• Engage with landowners to build and maintain strong relationships.
