✨ Title: Senior Web Developer – React / Node

Salary: £65,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Hybrid – 1 day a week in Eastleigh office(4 days remote)

Your role:

As a Senior Web Developer, you’ll take technical ownership of key projects, mentor other developers, and help shape the future of scalable web applications. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure well-architected, maintainable solutions – and you'll have real input into technical direction and innovation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical direction of projects, ensuring clear communication and delivery expectations across the team
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, Testers, and Analysts throughout the development lifecycle
  • Provide technical mentorship to the team and support process improvements alongside the Principal Developer
  • Review architectural decisions, contribute to proof of concepts, and maintain development documentation and standards

Required skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in JavaScript development, with strong expertise in Node.js and React
  • Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS for frontend development
  • Strong testing skills – ideally using Jest
  • Proficient with Git version control and Git Flow branching
  • Experience with build tools like Webpack, NPM, and Docker
  • Familiarity with Azure and Kubernetes is a plus
