Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including organizing recruitment meeting, note taking, documentation, and tracking candidates.
  • Liaise with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a smooth recruitment flow.
  • Assist in optimizing recruitment systems and tools to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the HR Director to enhance and streamline the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving candidate experience and employer branding.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports for analysis and process improvement.

Requirement:

  • Mandarin Speaker
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment administration or coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
