We are recruiting for an Account Executive to acquire new commercial customers, whilst retaining existing customers by providing exceptional customer service.
Overview of duties
- To develop and maintain the relationship with existing customers and to target new customers from the market place by the effective marketing of current prospects
- Establish and manage with each customer a renewal strategy in accordance with the companies procedures/aims to maximise renewal success
- Responsibility to ensure that customers are correctly and adequately insured for all of their insurance exposures and that correct advice is given
- To liaise with Account and Claims Handlers to complete all supporting documentation to maintain and achieve customer service standards

Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- High level interpersonal skills
- Ability to build successful, mutually beneficial business relationships
- Planning, organisational and time management skills
- Experience in dealing with commercial business insurances programs
- Knowledge of commercial products and insurance market
- Proven track record of retention and integrated sales
- Passion for customer services and professionalism
- Proactive and able to prioritise and effectively manage own workload
Education / and or Experience
- At least 5 years commercial insurance experience
- Proven track record of retaining and organically growing a book of business
- Driving license
