Reserving Actuary

MERJE are working with a global insurance client who are looking for a Reserving Actuary to join their team.

Joining a small team, you’ll be one of the senior members focusing on Reserving activity across all products of their London market business. You will ensure reserving analysis and Technical Provisioning is adhered to in addition to quarterly reserving. There will also be ample opportunity to work alongside Capital and Reporting in the wider Actuarial function.

What we’re looking for?

• Qualified Actuary – may consider one exam remaining or awaiting confirmation of results
• Non-Life Reserving background – with London market experience.
• Multiple lines of business covered
• Ability to work with stakeholders both domestically and internationally.

This opportunity has a clear career progression path moving up to the next level, hopefully in the near future.

3 days a week in the office – based in the city.
