We’re currently looking for a part time accountant to join the team in London.

We’re looking to add to that, with the appointment of an accountant – an organised and diligent professional.
What it takes to be an accountant at Agilité
What you’ll be doing:
- Calculating tax payments and returns
- Compiling, analysing and reporting on financial data
- Classifying accounting transactions
- Maintaining and reconciling accounts
- Closing accounts and preparing reports and statements
- Creating periodic reports, contributing to balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
- Presenting data to managers
- Examining accounts
- Resolving system issues
- Preparing and maintaining financial records for the organisation
- Examining financial statements to ensure they comply with local regulations
- Providing financial advice to management, helping them to make informed decisions
- Auditing financial documents and procedures.
What we’re looking for from our accountant
- A great command of English
- At least five years’ experience as an accountant is required
- Experience in commercial fit-out is a plus.
Ideally, you’ll also be:
- Self-driven, persevering and performance oriented
- Adaptable according to environments, situations and people
- A team leader
- Flexible enough to prioritise and re-prioritise in line with changes and constraints
- Creative with a great sense of innovation
- Rigorous and organised
- Aware of the technical and organisational rules within the construction sector
- Able to communicate fluently in English (any other European language will be a plus)
- Well-versed in relevant local regulations.
