Head of Maintenance

Goodman Masson are working with a Housing Association in the South East to secure the services of a Head of Repairs.

Duration: 6 months

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing the repairs and maintenance team including an in-house DLO, ensuring a high standard of service delivery
• Developing and implementing repair and maintenance strategies
• Overseeing the management of repair works, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
• Working closely with other departments to improve the overall quality of our housing stock
• Monitoring performance metrics and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Managing relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience working within the Housing sector
